so, i recently joined DeviantART, and my artistic abilities aren't all that amazing. ya know, i draw the random emo picture from time to time, i scribble on my chemistry notes, etc. i came to terms with myself that i was no Van Gogh or Picasso, but when i was searching "roses" and "bubbles" on here, i saw some AMAZING artwork. stuff i can only dream to draw. one person had a breathtaking photo of a moon w/ stars & clouds that he did completely on Photoshop! i didn't even know you could do stuff like that on photoshop! i felt a little out of the loop when i read the 'hotoshop' part in the artist's comment box. just looking at everyone else's artwork makes me feel just a tad more incompetent in the 'visual arts' department. i mean, i can take a photograph and then edit it in photoshop to make it look amazing, or slightly good, but i don't have some of the raw talent that others have.

to all on deviantART with this raw talent, or trained talent, who can make anything look beautiful, i commend you. you are amazing, and though i feel like i'm making an idiot of myself, i love to look at the artwork that comes from your mind onto paper by your hand.
